we all know the benefits of meditation.. there is much discussion about what meditation can do to our lives.. but there are few of us who know how to meditation correct way..
let us describe the
most simple and easiest way of meditation here are the few steps
1. have a fixed time for meditation -make sure that no one disturbs you at the time..it may be early morning or maybe late night ..it does not matter what matters is that no one should disturb you during the session
2.Keep your laptop and cell phones off- try to keep all the distractions away from you
3.Wash your eyes and face with cold water- before starting your meditation
4.Sit in a comfortable posture -you can choose any place of your choice.. just make sure that you are comfortable in the way you sit..
5.Close your eyes and feel the comforting touch of eyelids .. try to feel the inner peace..
6. Exhale deeply and slowly .. hold it..similarly inhale deeply and slowly and hold it repeat this 3 to 4 Times
7.Just focus on your breathing..now realise that with every breathe out ..your 1 negative thought gets out of your mind.. and with every air you inhale.. a positive feeling comes to you.. just repeat this process as long as you want ..but still breathe deeply and slowly..
8.After sometime you can breathe normally..now focus on the area between your eyebrows in the middle of your forehead.. stay there..and feel the positive impact of the session you have done
